Julia has held various HR roles of increasing scope and impact over the last 10+ years. Her foundational experience includes working in large, matrixed organizations as a cybersecurity consultant, implementing business strategies, and supporting client groups embedded in the safety & security and manufacturing industries. Her more recent experience is in the software & technology industry with Cooper Industries/Eaton Corporation, Honeywell Aerospace, and Microsoft. Her passions lie in supporting clients in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, humility, service, and fun.

As the world evolves and becomes more complex, assessing and reducing risk plays an increasingly significant role in the protection of organizations’ intellectual properties, physical properties, brand integrity, and most importantly, the welfare of their people. At PRS, Julia supports our human capital strategy and drives continuous improvement and agility in our approach to the selection of top talent, while navigating federal and state employment laws and ordinances.




Julia is an alumni of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a Masters of Human Resources & Industrial Relations degree from the School of Labor & Employment Relations. She also holds a Bachelors in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organization Psychology and Human Factors. Julie has completed Green Belt training and is pursuing a Professional Coaching Certification.
